Larry Elder, often called the “Sage from South Central,” is back on the airwaves where he belongs. Elder, a familiar voice on KABC radio in Los Angeles for over two decades, is resuming his broadcasting career after a successful foray into politics.

Elder’s political ambitions were evident in his 2021 run during the Gavin Newsom recall election. Although unsuccessful, he emerged as a formidable candidate, securing the most votes among the 50 contenders. This experience propelled him to run for President in the 2024 election. However, he withdrew his candidacy in October 2023, endorsing former President Donald Trump.

Now, Elder is focusing on his thriving podcast, “Larry Elder – We’ve Got a Country to Save,” which boasts an impressive 500,000 downloads per episode. In addition to the podcast, Elder is back on radio in the PM drive time slot on the west coast, 3-6pm PT (6-9pm ET), ensuring his voice reaches a nationwide audience.
