Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa has launched a new dining concept called WikiGrinds. WikiGrinds, founded on the idea of “good things from our kitchen, bundled to-go for your convenience” brings the in-room dining menu created by award-winning chef Raymond Nicasio to the entire Kannapali community.
WikiGrinds offers a wide variety of cuisine including local style food such as the Wiki Bento Combo, and complete 3-course dinners such as the Paniolo BBQ meal which includes a half rack of Hawaiian style baby back pork ribs, corn on the cob, bbq baked beans, dessert and more, as well as an ala carte menu.
“We launched this dining concept realizing how difficult grabbing food to-go can be in Kaanapali. Alongside the many resorts, there are numerous condominium properties here in the Kaanapali area
creating a great demand. With a simple yet delicious menu and an easy drive through area at our Aloha Landing, WikiGrinds really fills a special niche,” explains Tets Yamazaki, General Manager of the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. “It’s a great option for beachgoers wrapping up a day in the sand and sun to grab dinner to-go on their way back to the condo,” continues Yamazaki.
